Imma's Journey
Imma has been working in the tech industry since 2016. She has 9+ years of experience across strategy and product functions. In her career, she has been responsible for leading company-wide growth strategies and cross-functional execution. Her background blends deep product management expertise with a strategic mindset allowing her to drive both visionary planning and practical implementation. She is particularly passionate about shaping corporate ecosystems, fostering cross-border collaboration, and driving initiatives that scale businesses responsibly and effectively.
Imma studied Industrial Engineering with a focus on International Logistics at Jacobs University Bremen (now known as Constructor University). In 2024, she completed her MBA in General Management at the Munich Business School. She has also attended executive education courses at INSEAD, Stellenbosch Business School in Cape Town, South Africa and Keio Business School in Tokyo, Japan.
When she is not working, Imma is passionate about public speaking, sports, education, and about enhancing intercultural awareness and diversity. She is an avid public speaker having previously hosted a workshop on Scaling Sustainable Mobility at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship in Munich and been part of a panel interview at Google's Unstoppable Women Summit in Berlin. Additionally, she was a professional rower in college for a little over 2 years, hiked to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro in 4.5 days, and is a certified Yoga teacher. She enjoys to travel because she believes that exposure is the best teacher and wants to learn from as many diverse perspectives as possible.
