Product Manager @ ION Group
Responsible for the strategic planning and development of TriplePoint (a multi-asset cloud-based solution for commodity management, business intelligence, and analytics) specifically focused on the manufacturing sector.
Product lead on a large-scale project for the North American (USA) division of a Fortune 500 American manufacturer and responsible for product deliverables, driving prioritisation, and customer success over multiple release cycles (2021, 2022).
Product lead on a critical project for the European (Switzerland & Ukraine) and North American (USA) divisions of a Swiss trading firm. Developed and prioritised critical operational use cases, managed the development of strategic go-to market (GTM) solutions from concept to production through multiple release cycles, and led a team of 7 experts to successfully launch the solutions for said client on time (2020).
Reporting lead on a large scale project for the European (Netherlands & UK) division of a global Asian manufacturer. Led a team of 5 cross-functional and geographically dispersed members to develop 29 data views. Data views were productised into an MVP for ION's first ever canonical data model reporting technology (2019).
Collaborated with 3 Scrum development teams of 5 to 6 members each, prioritised the product backlog, and oversaw the development of 25% of new features within very tight timelines (2018).
Senior Project Analyst @ Microsoft Germany
Selected by the MBA Academic Director at the Munich Business School and senior managers at Microsoft Germany as part of a team of 7 students from 5 different countries to conduct market research and recommend positioning strategies for Microsoft Industry Solutions.
Project focus: Automotive, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Public Sector, and Retail industries within Germany and the wider European market.
